Flyers must be a single page no larger than 8.5"x 11". Items are subject to approval. Sponsor is responsible for all costs for production of the flyer or item, shipping to the Advance Warehouse, and Freeman material handling charges.
Sponsors are responsible for setting up their own displays and following the Display Pedestal Regulations, which will follow via email (also available for review before purchase upon request).
